Vertical & Horizontal Heating Machine

Vertical and horizontal scanning machine is used for hardening and tempering purpose.  Depending upon the component we can move coil or the job to harden it.  Linear movement guides, with automation servos, PLC or CNC controls are used to scan preciously.  We can control the speed and feed. These facilities are very useful to control the properties like case depth and hardness. Quenching also perfectly done by this machine.  Demineralized water circulation, Quenching circulation and Heat Exchanger of both will be provide with stainless steel pipe lines and flow control valves. Depending upon the customers requirement we can display the parameters which are affect the properties of induction hardening process such us Heating time, Movement feed, Job rotation speed, Quenching pressure, Temperature.
